Dr. Pendleton focuses on finding the root cause of hair loss so patients are not only able to establish new growth, but actually maintain that new growth, creating lasting results. She will often suggest labs to check hormone and nutrient levels, make diet recommendations, or utilize prescription based topicals and medications as needed. Each consultation includes a thorough medical history and exam of the hair follicles, and recommendations are made on an individual basis.

For patients who qualify, PRP or platelet-rich plasma, is often used in a combination with microneedling and small injections on the scalp to stimulate your existing follicles to produce new hair. PRP is created from your own blood, and includes your body’s natural healing and growth factors so recovery time is minimal.
